These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flowpurr.shop and any purchase you make from PurrFlow ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products & pricing
We work to display our products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. Actual product color may vary slightly from images due to screens and lighting. All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Automatic filter delivery (subscription)
If you choose to enroll in our optional automatic filter delivery, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as follows:
• A replacement filter pack ships automatically every 4 months.
• Each shipment is charged at the price shown at enrollment (currently $11.99 + shipping), plus any applicable taxes.
• Your enrollment continues until you cancel.
• You may pause or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@flowpurr.shop. To stop the next shipment, cancel before that shipment processes.
• We will notify you in advance of any change to the subscription price.
6. Shipping & returns
Shipping timeframes and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Product use & health disclaimer
PurrFlow is a pet water fountain designed to provide fresh, flowing water and to support your cat's healthy hydration. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Statements on the Site are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. If your cat has a health condition or you have concerns about your cat's hydration or health, please consult your veterinarian. Follow all included care, cleaning, and electrical-safety instructions; use the product only as intended and supervise as appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the PurrFlow name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to infringe others' rights, or to submit false or misleading information.
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurrFlow and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PurrFlow and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cole County, Missouri.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
