Everything you need to know about how and when your PurrFlow ships.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

• United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks from your order date (including processing) for standard US orders.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and high-volume periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after several business days, contact us at support@flowpurr.shop.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged in transit, email support@flowpurr.shop within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
